Your appointment time is a sacred space reserved just for you. To honor both your time and mine, I kindly ask the following:
Rescheduling – Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I may offer that time to another guest in need of care.
Cancellations within 24 hours – Out of respect for the energy and preparation that goes into each treatment, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.
No-shows – If you are unable to attend your scheduled time without notice, the full service amount will be charged.
Late arrivals – To keep the flow of the day balanced, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
